Who are Simply Paper Cups?
Simply Paper Cups were born under our parent company Parkers Packaging Ltd who are based in the UK. We specialise in the manufacturing of paper ice cream packaging.
Where are your factories located?
Our factories are located in Liverpool in the North West.
Are your products certified for safety & quality?
We are BRC AA accredited for packaging material so you can sure that you are choosing the correct partner and have peace of mind.

What products do you offer?
Simply Paper cups offers a full range of custom printed ice cream packaging. Each order will be manufactured to your specific design to our high quality standards.
Can you send me a price list please?
Each customers requirements are different so we do not have a specific price list. However, please email sales@simplypapercups.com and we will be happy to help advise further.
Is your packaging suitable for food use?
Yes, we use high quality food safe material meaning all our products are safe for food contact.
How does your process work?
It’s simple! Choose your keyline, send us your artwork and we will arrange for a proof. Once the proof is approved your lead time will commence. Once your product has been manufactured, we will organise shipping via our secure couriers.
Samples
How do I request samples?
We are happy to send samples so that you can ensure that you are ordering the correct product. A sample box cost is £20 and will be refunded against your first order.
Lead times
How long does production take?
Our lead times are usually 8-10 weeks from artwork approval but can be slightly longer in high season.
Please email us with the product you require and we will advise further with a more specific lead time.
What happens if I need my order quicker than the guided lead time?
Please contact our sales team on sales@simplypapercups.com and we will advise further.
Orders
Do you have a minimum quantity for placing an order?
Our minimum order quantity starts as low as 960 units on our stock items. We deal with many sizes of businesses from start ups to multi nationals.
How do I send you my design?
Supply your artwork in high definition and we will arrange to proof to be sent to you for approval.
What print options do you have?
We can help and advise the best printing option to meet your needs using CMYK printing or spot colours.
Do you charge for origination?

Shipping
What couriers do you use?
We use secure couriers who keep your product safe and secure during transport.
