Our Story
Simply Paper Cups is a leading UK manufacture of paper food packaging specialising in paper cups and lids for the Ice Cream and dairy sector.
Located in the North West, we are part of the Parkers Packaging group, who are the market leader in recyclable paper and plastic packaging for the UK ice cream market, combining established deep expertise with modern manufacturing capabilities.
Achieving the highest AA grade to the BRC Global Standards for Packaging Materials, which ensures the highest levels of food safety and operational excellence, we are also FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) accredited, reflecting our commitment to responsible sourcing and sustainable packaging for our future.
Together with our customers, supply partners and experienced team, we continue to grow and supply some of the largest brands in the UK whilst maintaining the core values of the smaller clients that helped us get to where we are today.
2016
Manufactured our first Paper cup.
2017
Installation of second production line to double manufacturing capacity to keep up with increasing demand.
2019
Introduced the 500 ml retail pack to the range of products with the installation of another production line.
2023
Begin to collaborate with major brands such as M&S and Spar.
2022
Moved into brand new production factory 16,000 Sq feet.
2021
Introduce Aqueous coated cups for the biodegradable and compostable markets to offer an alternative to PE lined paper products.
2024
Awarded FSC accreditation, reinforcing our long-standing commitment to responsibly sourced materials and forest protection.
2025
Opened a second factory to produce paper lids as we move away from plastic, and won Best New Packaging at the National Ice Cream Alliance exhibition.
2026
Simply Paper Cups brand launches digitally with bespoke webpage and social media presence.
