Description

125ml Paper Cup – 1656 Units per Case

The 125ml paper cup is an ideal packaging solution for businesses in the food and beverage sector seeking both practicality and quality. Made from PE-coated paperboard, our 125ml paper cups are specifically designed to hold dry, aqueous, acidic, low-alcohol, and fatty foodstuffs. Whether you’re serving desserts, sauces, or samples, this compact and durable container delivers excellent performance and food safety.

Each 125ml paper cup has a rim diameter of 67mm, a bottom diameter of 53mm, and a height of 71mm. It weighs approximately 4.8 grams, offering a lightweight yet sturdy structure. Every case contains 1656 units, with 46 cups per row and 36 rows per box. The external box size measures 450 by 375 by 515 millimetres, and a standard pallet holds 18 cases, stacked in three layers of six. We recommend a maximum of one pallet stacked for transportation once filled, though customers should conduct their own stability testing.

That’s why we also offer bespoke printing options. Personalise your cups with your logo, artwork, or specific design requirements, allowing you to maintain brand consistency even in disposable items. Contact us for bespoke requests and let us help you create the perfect custom solution.

Manufactured to strict industry standards, our 125ml paper cup meets EU regulations for food-contact materials. With an acceptable product variance of only 0.025 percent, these cups offer consistent reliability. All work orders are traceable for twelve months post-production.
